Canal Housing is a New Orleans company devoted to management, rental, and sales of New Orleans properties. We are deeply committed to serving the post-Katrina New Orleans Community, and we pride ourselves with providing a full range of housing to the city's culturally diverse citizens and residents.

Most of our units are conveniently located in Mid-City, selected for its convenient location to employment opportunities as well as its easy access to public transportation.
Mid-City is only minutes away from major city employers, including the Tulane Avenue Medical District, the Orleans Parish Criminal District Courthouse, the Orleans Parish Civil District Courthouse, New Orleans City Hall, Entergy, and New Orleans Harrah's Jazz Casino, as well as many other businesses located in the Central Business District and the French Quarter, primarily the hotels and restaurants that support the New Orleans tourism industry, the bread and butter of the New Orleans economy.
Mid-City public transportation affords its residents access to other areas of New Orleans via bus routes and streetcar lines. Specifically, Mid-City is serviced by the New Orleans Regional Transit Authority's Tulane Avenue and Canal Street bus routes and by the Canal Street Streetcar line.
In addition to our Mid-City homes, Canal Housing offers homes in the surrounding city areas of Gentilly, Treme, Uptown, and the 9th Ward.
